We provide a supportive return window of 30 days from the official date of carrier delivery. To be eligible for a return, your mirror must be unused, in the same structural condition that you received it, and packed securely in its original packaging with all hardware, accessories, and protective foam inserts intact.
Please note that our return policy does not cover products that exhibit signs of alteration, improper wall-mounting/installation, or any post-delivery physical damage caused by mishandling. Additionally, slight color variations due to monitor display settings or minor manufacturing dimensional variances up to 0.5 inches are considered standard product characteristics; returns for these reasons are fully accepted and processed under our standard “Change of Mind” guidelines.
To ensure your return is handled efficiently, all shipments require prior authorization from our team. Please contact our customer support desk via email at Customer@orvianlexen.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated return shipping address.
Please note that items sent back directly to our corporate registration office cannot be accepted, as this location is not equipped to process warehouse inventory. Always contact us first to receive the correct routing instructions, RMA number, and the designated return shipping address label to ensure your refund is processed successfully.
Responsibility for return shipping costs depends strictly on the nature of the return request:
* Damaged or Defective Items (Seller Responsibility): If your mirror arrives with shattered glass or structural frame defects caused during transit, we are fully committed to making it right. Please contact us via email with photographic evidence of the damage. Orvianlexen will assume full responsibility for all costs, providing a prepaid shipping label or coordinating a free replacement at no additional charge to you.
* Change of Mind (Buyer Responsibility): If you wish to return a mirror because you changed your mind, selected an incorrect size, or decided a different finish would better suit your interior style, you will be responsible for arranging the return shipment and paying the actual carrier return shipping fees. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return package, as refunds can only be finalized once the merchandise safely arrives at our designated facility in its original, resalable condition.
To ensure a completely worry-free shopping journey, we do not penalize our buyers for returning merchandise. We guarantee a $0.00 Restocking Fee on all eligible returns completed within our standard 30-day policy guidelines. The full purchase price paid for the product will be credited back to your original payment method.
Once your return shipment is delivered to our designated facility, our warehouse staff will inspect the item to verify its condition. Please allow 1-3 business days for our team to complete this inspection and process your return status.
Upon approval, a refund will be initiated immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution or card issuer, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund amount to officially reflect on your billing statement.
If you need to cancel an order, please notify us immediately at Customer@orvianlexen.com. We can accommodate order cancellations free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been packed and handed over to our shipping carriers. Once a shipment is already in transit within the carrier network, the order cannot be cancelled. In that scenario, you will need to receive the package and initiate a standard return in accordance with this policy.
