We currently offer shipping services exclusively within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Please note that we are unable to coordinate deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, any unincorporated United States territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands), or international destinations.
Additionally, due to safety constraints and maximum parcel dimension restrictions enforced by our shipping carriers, standard shipments cannot be completed to P.O. Box addresses, or military APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. We kindly request our customers in these sectors to provide a physical destination address within the contiguous United States to facilitate a successful delivery.
We aim to keep our delivery pricing simple, transparent, and direct. Shipping costs are calculated based on your total order value prior to any local sales tax calculation:
* Orders of $120.00 or more: We offer complimentary standard delivery. The free shipping option is applied automatically during checkout once this threshold is met.
* Orders under $120.00: A standard flat-rate shipping charge of $12.00 will be added to your order summary at checkout.

* Transit Time: Once transit begins, delivery by domestic carriers typically requires 3-7 business days to arrive at your destination.
* Total Estimated Delivery: Combining these two intervals, you can expect your package to arrive at your physical address within 4-10 business days from the date your order is successfully placed.
Please note that processing and transit calculations occur strictly on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding standard U.S. Federal holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and an interactive tracking link will be sent to your registered email address. Please note that tracking information typically requires 24-48 hours to activate in the carrier’s tracking system.
For customers purchasing multiple mirrors, please be aware that items may occasionally be split into separate shipments to ensure their safety during transit. In these scenarios, you will receive distinct tracking numbers for each shipment at no additional cost.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided during checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at Customer@orvianlexen.com. Address modifications can only be successfully applied before the order is processed and handed over to our logistics partners, which must be requested within 12 hours of purchase to align with our order cancellation window.
In the event that your tracking number indicates your package has been successfully delivered, but you are unable to locate the parcel, we recommend checking with family members, neighbors, or building managers first. If the parcel remains missing, please contact the carrier or reach out to our support team within 5 business days of the marked delivery date so we can assist you in coordinating with the carrier to track or investigate your package.
Because of the inherent fragility of large glass mirrors, we take extensive measures to ensure our products are securely packaged for heavy-duty transit. However, if your mirror arrives with glass damage or structural frame defects caused during transit, we are fully committed to resolving the issue promptly with a free replacement or a full refund.
